Ben Burrows

With over 17 years experience, Ben started his career as a Security Officer with G4S and worked through the ranks as a Training Officer, Events Operations Manager and Regional Manager, responsible for contracts such as The O2 Arena. He holds a degree in Crowd Management. He is calm in his approach and keeps a level head in times of crisis. Fully supporting his team he ensures client and customer expectations are fully understood and will bespoke planning to ensure the safety, security and customer service are synchronised . With a planned, proactive approach to all aspects of key stakeholder relationships, he is fully accountable for leadership of key security/stewarding contracts such as Tottenham Hotspur FC, Arsenal FC (Stadium and Training Ground), Chelsea FC, Newbury Racecourse and The Jockey Club (London Region) as well as Pride London 2018, BHF London to Brighton and Guildford Fireworks. As a qualified trainer, he also has the personality and presence to engage his audience, build trust and coach his teams to reach their full potential.
