Widya Sauca has four years of work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Customer Experience associate at Gotrade (YC S19). From 2019 to 2021, Widya Sauca worked as a Regional field officer at Ruangguru. In 2018, they worked at the Consulate General of The Republik of Indonesia in Johor Bahru as an Immigration Division, Consular Division, Economic Division, Information, Social and Culture Division, where they were responsible for making monthly reports and official letters, assisting the process of making passports, SPLPS and others, and assisting the consular staff in handling Indonesian cases in Johor Bahru. Additionally, Widya Sauca worked at The Embassy of The Republik of Indonesia in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 2018 as an Economic Division.

Widya Sauca attended President University from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations.
