Jeff Meyer has worked in the professional services industry for over 30 years. Jeff began their career in 1990 as a Business Analyst at IBM, where they managed an annual 7-million-dollar internal capital equipment budget and handled technical evaluation of all new internal hardware purchases. In 1995, they joined JSM Computer Consulting as a Business Analyst and Computer Consultant. During their time there, they achieved a 10% YOY increase in sales as a direct result of consulting as Product Manager on multiple UX projects (Agile). Jeff also wrote requirements for new A/B and multi-variate split testing strategy resulting in an increase of 15% in L1 landing page conversion, and increased sales by 60% by expanding and improving a direct mail marketing program with over 100,000 flyers per year, redesigned annually. In 2016, they joined Syzygy Analytics as the Director of Product Management & Data Analysis. During their time at Syzygy, they supplied developers with requirements for redesign of web page UI to improve UX resulting in 20% higher L2 (revenue earning) conversions, and increased site engagement time by 45%. Jeff also increased daily sign-ups by 40% using Google Analytics and A/B Split Testing to optimize Campaigns, Adgroup, Ad, Device, Demographic and Keyword performance. In 2019, they joined Gotransverse as the Director of Customer Operations. In this role, they are responsible for the day to day Operations of the Professional Services Division. This includes interaction and supporting with various departments including Implementation, Software Development and Product Management. Jeff is also responsible for negotiating pricing and the tracking and invoicing of all billable time.

Jeff Meyer obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from The George Washington University School of Business. Jeff also studied Intercultural/Multicultural and Diversity Studies at Florida Atlantic University. Additionally, they hold a HS Social Sciences certification from the Texas State Board of Education.
