Michael Prince has over 25 years of experience in sales, business development, and product management. Michael started their career in 1990 as an Assistant Product Manager and Technical Support Manager at Electronic Arts (NASDAQ: EA). In 1993, Michael moved to eFax.com / JetFax Inc. (acquired by J2 Global - NASDAQ: JCOM) as the Director of Marketing, Regional Sales Manager, and Product Manager. Michael was responsible for marketing and selling products for a leading global public fax technology company that licensed technology to Xerox, H-P & Minolta, and helped establish eFax as the largest Internet fax-to-email technology service worldwide. In 1999, Michael moved to MyPersonal.com (now Synacor - NASDAQ: SYNC) as the VP of Business Development, where they developed commercial licensing programs and partnerships for an early stage SaaS provider of personalized portals targeted at affinity brands and university alumni organizations. Michael initiated a strategic partnership which led to a merger and the creation of the now public company, Synacor. In 2001, Michael moved to M4Internet (acquired by J2 Global - NASDAQ: JCOM) as the VP of Sales & Marketing, leading sales efforts for a startup high-performance email marketing & response technology engine. Michael then moved to Callvine as the VP of Business Development & Co-founder in 2010. In 2011, Michael moved to mindWireless as the Enterprise Business Development. In 2014, they moved to Keet Health as an Advisor & Co-founder. Keet Health quickly became a prominent modern healthcare technology patient engagement solution, and was acquired by Clinicient in 2017. In 2013, Michael moved to Gotransverse as the SVP of Sales.

Michael Prince obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin. Michael also holds a CDIA+ certification from CompTIA.
