Lisandro Tsai

Lisandro Tsai has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Lisandro began their career as a Finance Intern at Waddell & Reed Inc. in 2006 and later worked as a Brand Ambassador for Microsoft Zune. In 2008, they interned as a Defense Systems and Logistics Intern at AAR Corp. After that, Lisandro interned as an Operations Quality Assurance Intern at Enova International in 2009.

Lisandro then joined the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where they served as a Peer Computing Consultant and Site Manager of Housing Computer Labs from 2007 to 2009. In 2010, Lisandro interned at KPMG US as a Transaction Services Intern and also worked as a Financial Planning and Analysis Intern at Enova International.

Their professional career in finance began at KPMG US in 2011, where they held various positions in the M&A Deal Advisory department, including Associate, Senior Associate, and Manager. Lisandro gained extensive experience in handling buy-side and sell-side M&A financial due diligence transactions, managing and leading teams on deals ranging from $10MM to $4B in valuation across industries such as technology, security services, and financial services.

In 2016, Lisandro joined TransMarket Group as a Financial Analyst and later took on the role of Finance Manager in 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Finance at TransMarket Group, starting in November 2022.

In 2021, Lisandro also became the Director of Finance at Grupo Oricteropo Tropical.

Lisandro Tsai completed their secondary education at Escuela Superior de Comercio Carlos Pellegrini in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from 2001 to 2005. Afterward, Lisandro attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2006 to 2010, where they pursued a dual degree in Finance & Accountancy. Lisandro successfully completed the program and earned a Bachelor of Science degree, accumulating 154 credit hours in total.
