Philip V.

Philip V. has extensive experience in financial operations and management roles. Philip has worked at various companies, including Citadel Investment Group, Omnium LLC (a Citadel Investment Group Company), TransMarket Group, Grupo Oricteropo Tropical, and BNY Clearing Services.

At Citadel Investment Group, they started as an Associate and was later promoted to Vice President, where they provided leadership to self-clearing operations. Philip managed a team responsible for monitoring portfolio financing and settlement activity.

At Omnium LLC, Philip served as Director of Global Operations, where they developed and maintained broker dealer operations for post-execution trading activity. Philip identified and presented recommendations to improve service levels in operating areas.

During their time at Citadel LLC, Philip served as Director of Treasury Operations, where they directed teams responsible for managing and developing operations for hedge funds and broker-dealers conducting market making activities. Philip focused on modernizing best practices and maximizing efficiency through the use of technology.

At TransMarket Group, Philip served as a Director of Business Operations and Finance, responsible for managing business operations and finance. Philip also worked as a Managing Director at both TransMarket Group and Grupo Oricteropo Tropical.

Philip started their career as an Analyst (Intern) at BNY Clearing Services. Philip has a strong background in finance and operations and a track record of effectively leading teams and implementing improvements.

Philip V attended DePaul University where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce - Finance. Philip also studied Finance at the Lubar College of Business. Prior to attending college, Philip V graduated from Manitowoc Lutheran High School. Philip later pursued a degree in Sports Management at Valparaiso University. In terms of additional certifications, Philip V obtained the Series 99 | Operations Professional certification from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) in March 2018. Philip also earned the Series 7 | Registered Representative certification in July 2016 and the Series 27 | Financial and Operations Principal certification in September 2011, both from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
