Gottsik Construction is a San Diego–based General Contractor with an active Developer mindset. We specialize in ground-up, small-to-mid scale multifamily infill projects, typically ranging from 5 to 20 units, with an increasing focus on larger 20–40-unit projects as the company scales.

We operate in a niche that sits between small residential builders who lack systems and large commercial contractors who are inefficient and disconnected from infill development realities.

Our value comes from understanding both sides of the table: how projects are designed, entitled, financed, and operated (developer lens), and how projects are priced, sequenced, built, and delivered (contractor lens).
