Clément D. has a diverse work experience starting in 2007 as a Postman at Le Groupe La Poste. Clément then worked as a Project Coordinator and Trainer at Ligue de l'enseignement - Centre confédéral in 2012. In this role, they scaled the support of logistics services and ensured an outstanding customer journey.

Clément D. obtained an Associate's degree in Social Sciences from Université de Rennes I from 2008 to 2010. Clément then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Université Rennes 2 from 2010 to 2011. Clément furthered their education by obtaining a Master's degree in Engineering (MEng) specializing in Social Sciences and pedagogy for adults (Andragogy) from Université Rennes 2 from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, they earned a Master's degree in Strategy and Engineering adult training (SIFA) from the same university from 2012 to 2014. Clément has also acquired a certification in Leadership Mindsets from LinkedIn in September 2020.
