Wilbert Loderus

Wilbert Loderus is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in production management and technical leadership. Currently serving as Technical Manager and Plant Manager at Gouda Refractories BV since May 2018, Wilbert previously held the role of Productieleider HSS at Kinkelder BV, overseeing a team of 30 FTEs from May 2016 to May 2018. Prior to that, Wilbert worked as a Productieleider at Metaalwarenfabriek Latenstein B.V. for over 15 years, managing 40 FTEs across various departments.
