The Goulburn Pub Group is a family-owned hospitality company proudly revitalising some of Goulburn’s most iconic pubs, including the Empire Hotel, Gordon Hotel, and Southern Railway Hotel.

We’re passionate about preserving the heart of traditional Aussie pubs while bringing fresh energy, quality dining, comfortable stays, and genuine country hospitality to our community. From casual meals and live music to boutique accommodation and local events, our venues are designed to bring people together.

Beyond great food and friendly faces, we’re committed to supporting local jobs and training, offering real opportunities for growth within the hospitality industry. As we continue to expand and modernise our venues, our focus remains simple: community, quality, and connection.
