We’re an independent creative agency based in Cheltenham, UK, specialising in branding, packaging design, and marketing for consumer goods. With a proven track record of over 4,000 projects, we’ve helped brands across the UK and Europe transform their vision into impactful brands & products with results that drive sales and build lasting connections with their audiences.

Working with us will expand your team with an external partner who brings a wealth of ideas with the perfect blend of creative thinking and technical expertise. From crafting memorable brand identities to designing standout, technically precise packaging, we ensure your products don’t just look great—they perform exceptionally in the market. We also leverage cutting-edge 3D visualisation tools to produce photorealistic product visuals, enabling clients to showcase and market their products in NPD stages, and before production begins.

But beyond the standards of a usual design agency, Goulding Media offers end-to-end marketing support, including digital advertising, social media content, photography, and website development. Our streamlined processes have been developed with experience, to save time, reduce errors, and ensure a seamless path from concept to market-ready packaging.

Founded by Creative Director Paul Goulding, he brings a wealth of past experience working on global brands like GlaxoSmithKline, Johnson & Johnson, and Unilever. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional value and tailored solutions for every client. We’re proud to remain a family-run business, offering personalised service, flexible support, and a genuine commitment to client success.

Whether you’re launching a new product, thinking about revitalising your brand, or expanding your marketing efforts, Goulding Media is here to help you stand out, grow, and succeed. We are The Competitive Edge for Packaged Goods Brands.
