It all began when Gouri decided to turn to naturopathy, bringing about a lifestyle change for her family towards healthier living. This shift, coupled with her passion for good food and creativity, gave birth to some delicious and convenient foods, rich in nutrients and unique flavours. 
We at Gouri's have worked hard to make our products honestly, delicious. From sourcing the ingredients and great attention to detail in our processes, to making sure our helpers in the kitchen are well taken care of, we take on a very straightforward approach. What you see is what you get. And yes, we're delicious too! We believe in conscious eating and snacking. So for your next hunger pang, pick up our one of our energy bars and skip that over-processed chocolate bar on the shelf.
