James Kidman is a passionate foodie with extensive experience in product development within the FMCG sector. They served as AMS Development Technologist at Bakkavor from 2011 to 2013, where they contributed to successful ready meal lines for major retailers such as Marks and Spencer and Waitrose. As co-founder of The House Of Flavour, they focus on innovative condiment solutions, and currently, as Senior Food Development Manager at Gousto, they lead product development initiatives.
