Migs Xavier

Migs Xavier has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Migs is currently serving as the Engineering Director at Gousto since April 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Ocado Group, including Global Engineering Director from December 2019 to 2022, Head of Engineering Operations from October 2014 to December 2019, and Engineering Operation Manager from July 2012 to October 2014. Before joining Ocado, they worked as the General Manager of Manufacturing at Regency Media from August 2010 to March 2012. Migs also has experience as a Project Manager at MX Consulting from March 2006 to December 2009, a Project and Operations Manager at Thanet Earth Marketing Ltd from March 2008 to October 2009, a Consultant at Optical Disc Technology from February 2007 to March 2008, and Director/Consultant at The Lynic Group from July 2006 to February 2007. Migs Xavier started their career as an Automation Engineer at Disctronics in 1986 and went on to work as a Special Projects Manager at Disctronics Ltd from January 1993 to January 1996. Migs then served as the General Manager of Production at Deluxe Media Services from January 1996 to January 1997 before becoming the General Manager of European Manufacturing from 1997 to 2004 and the Director of European Operations from 2004 to 2005.

Migs Xavier earned an MSc Post Grad Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing from the University of Portsmouth from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, from 1984 to 1986, they pursued an HND in Computer Aided Manufacturing and Advanced Manufacturing Technology at the Bournemouth Institute of HE. In 1982, they completed an OND in Mechanical Engineering at Eastbourne College of FE. Finally, they attended Ratton Secondary School from 1976 to 1981.
