Gov-Con provides financial and accounting solutions for government contractors such as SBIR Award Winners, DoD contractors, Prime Contractors and Subcontractors.

We specialize in the particular financial problems and challenges of government contractors who are in the process of developing new technology. We prevent government contractors from having to "learn the hard way" when setting up and managing a financial structure.

Our years of experience and expertise in working with government contractors have helped many companies take the right path in doing business with the government.

We work with many small government contractors nationwide:

    * Establishing accounting systems meeting all necessary requirements with government agencies

    * Developing Indirect rates

    * Preparing incurred cost proposals

    * Preparing annual budgets and cash flow projections

    * Interfacing with and handling government audits - including accounting system audits, proposal audits, billing rate audits, and incurred cost audits.
