Prior roles include serving as COO at Georgetown Hospital System and Network Administrator at GovSG, along with various engineering positions under SPAWAR contracts at PDIT and SIGNAL Corporation. Jay C.'s earlier career includes tenure as IT Director at Gorham Bronze and service in the United States Air Force from 1983 to 1987.
