Joel Darby

Joel Darby is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and product management within the government sector. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at GoValidate since August 2023, Joel oversees the development of digital verification software that enhances security and reduces fraud for state agencies. Previously, Joel held the position of VP of Product/Payments at CATALIS, where the focus was on delivering integrated solutions to streamline government workflows. As President of FivePoint Payments, Joel provided custom payment solutions to municipal governments, emphasizing workflow integration. Joel is also the founder of the Atlanta Moon Ride, a non-profit organization established to support local charities. Other notable positions include partnership roles at The Fur Bus, major market account management at Payscape Advisors, and marketing positions with the New Jersey Nets and Denver Broncos Football Club. Joel earned a degree from Auburn University between 1997 and 2001.
