Michelle O'Reilly

Michelle O'Reilly is an experienced project manager and business development professional with a strong background in government relations and strategic operations. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at GoValidate since February 2025, Michelle previously held the role of Director of State Government Operations at SambaSafety, managing relationships with all 50 State DMVs and federal agencies. With extensive experience at NIC Inc. in various managerial roles, including Business Development Manager and Partner Account Manager, Michelle successfully added numerous accounts and enhanced customer service. As a Business Development Manager at Tyler Technologies, Michelle managed large-scale projects, developed standard operating procedures, and streamlined processes. Earlier roles include Marketing Director at Pillar Structural Engineering, Project Manager at NIC Inc., and a Public Relations Intern at Oklahoma State University.
