Ricky Latimer

Ricky Latimer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, program management, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at GovAssist since November 2023 and Co-Founder of QuickStart since May 2023, Ricky has a track record of developing innovative consulting solutions. Previous roles include Operating Partner at 7eight7 and Senior Associate for Federal Funds at the Financial Oversight & Management Board for Puerto Rico. Ricky also led the Program Management Office at COR3 and was Head of Operations at SRG Studios, responsible for daily operations and business development. Early in the career, Ricky was an Executive Recruiter at Daversa Partners and gained marketing experience at Gustazos.com and Space Rhino Games. Ricky earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Bryant University.
