Sara Hammon has a diverse and extensive work experience. Sara started their career at Verizon in 2003, where they served as a Senior Wireless Consultant for four years before transitioning to the role of Senior Account Manager of Indirect Distribution. In this position, they worked closely with agents and retail partners to increase wireless product and service sales, particularly during the pandemic when they helped SMB customers find tech solutions to continue their businesses remotely. Sara's time at Verizon ended in 2021 after over 17 years of service.

After leaving Verizon, Sara joined GovBuilt in 2021. Sara initially worked as a Technical Project Manager, leading the creation of a SaaS platform for government entities. Sara successfully launched and completed multiple SaaS projects and websites for cities, working closely with a team of developers to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Sara's role at GovBuilt later evolved to Manager of Client Success. In this position, they took ownership of customer relationships, providing ongoing support and acting as the escalation and resolution point for clients. Sara created SOPs for client lifecycle processes, managed the transition from Hubspot Service to Zendesk Professional, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify and address inconsistencies. Sara also met directly with clients to assess the effectiveness of GovBuilt's adoption and gathered feedback from end users to drive continuous improvement efforts.
