Dan Winfield is an accomplished Program Manager with an extensive background in operations and project management, currently leveraging a Top Secret Security clearance at GovCIO. Previously, they served as the Division Chief and Operations Officer in the United States Marine Corps, leading a team of over 80 personnel and ensuring the delivery of actionable intelligence for national security missions. Dan has successfully managed multiple significant projects, including enhancing sensitive materials accountability and integrating Electronic Intelligence into operations. They hold a Master’s degree in Information Technology with a focus on IT Project Management from American Military University, where they also completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management.
