Gerry Lowe

Gerry Lowe is the Senior Vice President of Strategic Operations at GovCIO, a position held since 2022. With a 34-year career at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Gerry contributed significantly as a Medical Technologist and later transitioned into various leadership roles in software development. Notable positions included Director of key major initiatives such as the Virtual Lifetime Electronic Record and various veteran-focused technology portfolios. Gerry holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Mathematics from St. Francis University, along with an Associate of Science in Medical Technology from Mount Aloysius College.
