Vincent Quinteros

Vincent Quinteros, PMP, CSM, is currently an Information Technology Program Manager at GovCIO, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as a Deputy Program Manager and Senior Management Analyst at GovCIO, as well as an Information Technology Project Manager. Vincent has extensive experience in military environments, having held roles such as SIGINT/EW Chief at U.S. Indo-Pacific Command and Chief of Operations at the National Security Agency.
