Kelly Hugo

Kelly Hugo started working at GovData Ltd in 2009 as a Commercial Director. Kelly later took on the role of Chief Operating Officer in January 2020. Kelly has a background in commercial and operations management within the company.

Kelly Hugo attended Bury Church High School from 1984 to 1989. Kelly then pursued a Master's degree in Forensic Psychology at The University of Manchester.
