Jon Paradis is an experienced sales leader with a strong background in SaaS and business development. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at GovDocs, Inc. since November 2019, Jon focuses on providing employment law documentation and software solutions for multi-location businesses. Prior to GovDocs, Jon held key leadership roles including Sales Director at Fishbowl Solutions and Vice President of Alliances and Business Development at Convey, where responsibilities included managing partner relationships to enhance business growth. Jon also served in various sales and strategic roles at Winland Electronics, Diebold, Fargo Electronics, Concur Technologies, Datacard Group, and earlier positions at Go East and Montage, Inc. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.
