Oscar Martinez

Mr. Oscar Martinez has accumulated years of experience with construction and engineering firms and units of local government including the City of Corpus Christi and Nueces County. He has served as Vice President with private engineering/construction firms and has been responsible for operations, government services and office management. His current position Chief Operating officer with Govind Development uses his prior experience in private/municipal engineering services, capital budgeting and financial management to work with and oversee operating and support staff to deliver high quality services to the clients.
