Christopher Reamer

Christopher Reamer has extensive experience in various roles related to quality assurance, program management, and operations. Christopher is currently serving as the Director of Program Management and Operations at Govini since January 2022. Previously, they worked as the Head of QA at Govini from November 2018 to March 2022.

Prior to Govini, Christopher worked at Computer Enterprises, Inc. as the Director of QA and Testing Practice Leader from February 2018 to October 2018, where they played a crucial role in building and owning the Managed Services QA&T solution offerings.

Christopher also served as the Director of Information Systems, Interactive Services at West Corporation from November 2014 to February 2018. In this role, they created and designed omni-channel solutions for multiple clients, significantly improving transaction performance and building new independent geo-redundant platforms for major clients.

At Chase, Christopher worked as the VP of Quality Assurance from January 2011 to November 2014, leading the build-out of a new QA team and delivering a mortgage origination platform that saved $100 million annually in operations costs. Christopher also implemented a multi-region staffing model within the US and India.

Before Chase, they worked at First Data Corporation from July 2010 to January 2011 as the Manager of Performance and Automation Testing, where they established an automation and performance testing center of excellence.

Prior to that, at TD Ameritrade, Christopher served as the QA Senior Manager from September 2006 to July 2010. Christopher increased testing coverage and directed a team of up to 21 QA testers, while also leading the development and implementation of the infrastructure for the QA offshore model.

At First Data Corporation, they worked as the QA Manager in Memphis, TN from February 2000 to September 2006. Christopher built the department from the ground floor, recruited and led a team of Test Engineers and Consultants, and implemented quality assurance processes and best practices.

Before their career in the IT industry, Christopher worked as a Graphic Designer at Wyeth from 1996 to 2000 and at NuCar Chevrolet from January 1990 to February 1996.

Christopher Reamer has completed coursework in Visual Communication at The Art Institutes. Christopher also holds certifications including Segue SilkTest Automation Engineer, US Youth Soccer - C License, US Youth Soccer - D License, and US Youth Soccer - E License.
