Patrick O'Halloran

Patrick O'Halloran is an accomplished data scientist with extensive experience in various roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Lead Data Scientist at Govini since June 2023, Patrick previously held the position of Enterprise Data Scientist at the National Student Clearinghouse from April 2020 to June 2023. Earlier in the career, Patrick worked as a Data Scientist at the University of Pittsburgh from August 2017 to April 2020. Educationally, Patrick holds a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, earned from 2013 to 2017, a Master of Science in Economics from Tufts University between 2011 and 2013, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Canisius University, completed in 2011.
