Tom Goter serves as the Chief Decision Scientist at Govini where he oversees the decision science function in identifying opportunities to leverage data science across Govini’s vast data and deploying AI-driven features into the the platforms. Prior to joining Govini, Tom spent 14 years at the Naval Nuclear Laboratory where he worked to support the United States Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program through design of naval reactors, supporting development of advanced technologies and advancing the application of artificial intelligence across the NNPP.
Tom holds a Master’s degree in Information and Data Science from the University of California – Berkeley and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology.
