Oliver Taylor has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Oliver started their career in 2011 as the Owner/Operator of HaulinOllies LLC, a personal watercraft business they established after high school. Oliver was responsible for managing the financials, as well as handling repairs and sales.

In 2012, Oliver worked as a Costco Roadshow Ambassador for Farwest Sports, where they sold camping, fishing, and hunting gear inside Costco warehouses. Oliver also assisted with planning, packaging, and shipping items, as well as coordinating logistics for road shows.

Oliver's experience as a Referee for Comeback Sports involved officiating adult sports leagues such as flag football, kickball, and softball. Alongside this role, they mediated customer concerns and complaints while pursuing their coursework at the University of Puget Sound.

During their internship at Target in 2014, Oliver served as a Logistics Executive Team Leader Intern. Oliver was responsible for managing merchandising schedules and coordinating inbound truck logistics, overseeing unloading and pushing merchandise to the retail floor. Additionally, they acted as the Leader on Duty and reported to the offsite store manager.

In the same year, Oliver interned at Point Defiance Capital Management LLC, a small hedge fund managing $22 million in assets. Oliver'sresponsibilities included conducting oil field data analysis, as well as technology research and analysis of mobile and PC-based games.

At Honda Engineering North America, Inc., Oliver worked as an Intern in Corporate Planning in 2015. Oliver collaborated with Honda Engineering of America to develop a Strategic Action Plan for the 2017 CR-V. Oliver also played a key role in implementing a cost optimization model across all Honda Engineering locations, focusing on cost reduction methodologies and strategies through multinational benchmarking.

From 2016 to 2017, Oliver held positions at Lockheed Martin, first as a Production Control Planner Associate and later as a Production Controller Team Member/Assistant Building Lead. In the latter role, they received the Extraordinary Engineering and Technology Award for Strategic Innovation. Oliver was primarily responsible for ensuring timely delivery of assets to customers and overseeing the availability of 7,000 assets by their designated dates. Oliver also served as the Leadership Association Programs and Personal Development Chairman.

Oliver joined The Spur Group in 2018 and held various roles during their tenure. Oliver started as a Consultant, then became a Sr. Consultant, followed by Client Delivery Manager, and finally Client Success Manager. Oliver'sresponsibilities included client success management, project delivery, and consulting services.

Most recently, Oliver has been working at Govly since 2022. Oliver initially served as the GTM & Customer Success Lead before transitioning to the role of Chief Operating Officer. In their current position, they have played a crucial role in driving sales growth, implementing customer success strategies, and executing marketing efforts to boost followings.

Oliver Taylor started their education journey at Gig Harbor High from 2008 to 2011. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management / Economics at the University of Washington from 2012 to 2015. After completing their undergraduate studies, Oliver then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Finance, General from Gonzaga University Graduate School of Business, attending from 2016 to 2018. It's worth noting that Oliver also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Gonzaga University, although the specific timeframe for this degree is unknown.
