Patrick Biewer

Patrick Biewer has extensive experience in the Satellite Broadband Services sector, particularly in the EMEA region. Biewer served as Operations Manager at European Satellite Multimedia from 1997 to 2000 and later held the position of Head of Product Management at SES Astra from 2000 to 2007. As Managing Director at SES BROADBAND SERVICES from July 2010 to June 2015, Biewer focused on the establishment, commercialization, and operation of satellite payloads and broadband platforms. Biewer transitioned to the role of Vice President Technology, overseeing technology, product management, and commercial development in the same sector before becoming CEO of GovSat in July 2015. Biewer's educational background includes degrees in Informatique, Telecommunications, and an MBA from The Open University.
