Carol Schnugg

Carol Schnugg has over 30 years of experience in the financial and accounting industry. Carol began their career in 1988 when they founded and operated their own CPA Practice, providing financial, accounting and tax support to small business clients. Carol directed, trained and mentored three direct reports and secured and fostered long-term business relationships with clients from various industries. In 2006, they joined Sector 9 Skateboards as their Controller/CFO, providing financial management leadership and overseeing internal operational functions, budgets and continuous improvements to support dynamic company growth and brand awareness. In 2012, they joined GovX, Inc. as their CFO, overseeing all financial, administrative, human resources, budgets, and fulfillment strategy. Carol also identified and cultivated strategic business partnerships and served as the authority signer for organizational expenditures. Carol lead HR for 75 employees and managed 9 direct reports in finance, accounting and human resources.

Carol Schnugg attended San Diego State University from 1980 to 1984, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance.
