Sam Powell is the Chief Technology Officer at Gowerlabs and an Honorary Associate Professor at UCL. With a background in electronic engineering and acoustics, Sam has extensive experience in research and development related to ultrasound modulated optical tomography and electroacoustic engineering. Sam has also held positions at University of Nottingham, King's College London, Powell Acoustics, and Apple Dynamics, where Sam was involved in designing and optimizing audio systems. An accomplished individual with a PhD in Ultrasound Modulated Optical Tomography, Sam's expertise lies in the development of dynamic reconstruction methods for diffuse optical tomography.
