Ben Block

Ben Block has a diverse background in business and law. In 2005, they founded two businesses: Sundial Graphics, a part-time web design business, and Sundial Systems Inc., offering web and graphic design services. In 2010, they exited the business positively and began their legal career by articling at Brownlee LLP, a prominent mid-sized firm in Alberta. Ben then worked as a lawyer at Hillenbrand Kozicki LLP from 2011 to 2015, focusing on business and real estate law. In 2015, they founded Block Law to combine their love of business with the practice of law. Ben also founded GozAround Inc. in 2014, a fast growing social impact platform.

Ben Block attended Harry Ainlay High School from 1995 to 1998. Ben then went on to the University of Alberta, where they earned a B.Com in Operations Management from 1998 to 2004. Ben returned to the University of Alberta to pursue a LLB in Law, which they completed from 2005 to 2009.
