Obsidian & Co is a sealed space. Discreet. Identity-level transformations for leaders at altitude, where you can think without performance, speak without consequence, and make decisions from clarity instead of pressure.

What makes us different?

Let's begin with what it isn't.

It isn't coaching. It isn't therapy. It isn't consulting.

It's trajectory correction.

Leaders don't come to Obsidian & Co to "get better" at what they're already doing. They come because something fundamental needs to shift, and they're ready to let it.

The work is precise and permanent.

Gozi - our principal, only works with a small number of leaders each year because depth requires discretion, continuity, and presence that can't be diluted.

Who this is for:

Leaders who are ready to stop fracturing under their own altitude.
Leaders who've hit the limit of what they can build while running on depletion.
Leaders building something that will outlast them — and refuse to sacrifice themselves to do it.

The transformation:

When leaders work with Gozi, they don't just gain clarity — they become clear. Decisions that were circling for months resolve cleanly. Misalignment gets corrected before it costs.

What leaders are building expands with coherence, not fragmentation.

Their leadership stops being a performance and becomes a home.

If you're ready:

This work begins with a private conversation.

No pitch. No pressure. Just clarity on whether there's alignment.

Obsidian & Co chooses its leaders as much as leaders choose Obsidian.

If that's you, you already know.
