Chris Springer began their career in 2009 as a Sales Automation Specialist at Amer Sports Corporation, where they managed EDI accounts, B2B site management, and developed automation tools for external Rep Force. In 2012, they moved to Suunto as an Ecommerce Manager, where they managed the direct to consumer sales channel for the US, worked with the team in Finland on marketing and product launch calendar, and developed a strategy with the local commercial team on principals of own eCommerce. In 2014, Chris Springer moved to Salomon as an Ecommerce Manager, where they project financial goals and key drivers to support both short and long term growth of channel, developed North American specific marketing plans and product mix, and was the project leader for Canadian expansion of business. In 2019, Chris Springer joined Skullcandy Inc. as Digital Operations Director, leading the Digital Operations team in delivering the Skullcandy experience through global websites, and was in charge of roadmaps, forecasting, tech stack, and team growth. Chris was later promoted to Digital Operations Sr. Manager, with a focus on creating new and compelling digital experiences for the Skullcandy consumer, and overhauling the discounting/voucher structure to prioritize profitability, while growing customer base. In 2022, Chris Springer moved to Gozney as Head of Ecommerce.
Chris Springer attended Oregon State University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business. In 2002, they also attended Aarhus Business College for Business Administration and Management, General.
