David Bonello

David Bonello has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. David is currently working at GP Strategies Corporation as the Senior Director for GM Dealer Digital Solutions. Prior to this role, they held the position of Senior Director for GM Center of Learning at GP Strategies.

Before joining GP Strategies, David worked at TD Bank as the Head of Instructional Design, Learning and Development. David was responsible for leading design initiatives and ensuring alignment with TD's strategic priorities. David also oversaw the development of learning and development capabilities at TD.

David has a significant tenure at Bank of America, where they held various managerial positions. David served as the Senior Vice President and Design and Development Manager, leading instructional design teams for different departments within the organization. David was also a Vice President and Design and Development Manager, responsible for the implementation of digital learning media for the Consumer Bank unit.

Prior to joining Bank of America, David worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (ABN AMRO/LaSalle Bank NA) as a Vice President and Learning Manager. David also has experience working at Triad Performance Technologies and Technology Applications Group as a Director and Principal Consultant, and as a Director and Senior Project Manager, respectively.

David's early career includes roles at Source One Mortgage Service Corporation as an Assistant Manager and Learning Specialist, and at Kislak National Bank as a Branch Manager.

David Bonello attended the University of Michigan-Dearborn from 1979 to 1983, where they studied Economics. David also obtained additional certifications, including "Building Trust" from LinkedIn and "Leadership Essentials Specialist" from GP Strategies Corporation in 2021.
