Lenice Torres has over 25 years of experience in the finance sector, particularly in collections management. They have held various roles at GPA, most recently as a Senior Financial Analyst, where they were responsible for billing, cash flow control, and client interactions. Prior to this, Lenice coordinated collections at both IntelServ and Localcred, managing teams and ensuring performance against company goals. Lenice earned a degree in Management of Business Processes from Universidade Cidade de São Paulo between 2012 and 2014.
