Nataly Góes

Nataly Guzman is an experienced communications professional with over a decade of service at Disneyland Resort, currently holding the position of Senior Specialist in Internal Communications and Resort Spokesperson. In this role, Nataly promotes new offerings through bilingual media outreach, including radio and social media interviews. Previous positions include Senior Specialist in Corporate Social Responsibility, Disney Ambassador, and Traditions Assistant, where Nataly facilitated training for new Cast Members. Additionally, experience includes Guest Relations and VIP Hostess, enhancing guest experiences and providing guided tours. Prior to Disneyland Resort, Nataly worked as a Bookseller and Customer Service representative at Barnes & Noble. Nataly holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication, Public Relations and Strategic Communication from Wilmington University and multiple Associate of Arts degrees from Mt. San Antonio College.
