Ignacio Muñoz

Ignacio Muñoz is the IT Management Director at gpac. Ignacio has over 8 years of experience in IT management and administration. Prior to joining gpac, they were the Systems Integration Network Team Manager at Japan Business Systems, Inc. where they managed a team of engineers that provided network infrastructure and IoT solutions to enterprise manufacturing and automotive industry clients. Before that, they were the Network Infrastructure and Support Administrator at UST GLOBAL where they managed the company's overall IT infrastructure, enforced information security best practices, and engaged with clients on visits and audits. Ignacio has a strong track record of streamlining operations and aligning technology platforms with business needs. Ignacio holds a bachelor's degree in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.

Ignacio Muñoz has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Universidad Iberoamericana Leon. Ignacio also has various certifications from LinkedIn, Kanban University, University of Cambridge, Scrum Alliance, CWNP, and Cisco.
