Sarah Sears

Sarah Sears has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Sarah began their career as a Graphic Designer at Sagit Graphics. In 2013, they took on the role of Executive Assistant at Refuah Health Center, where they enrolled 100+ medical providers onto insurance and overhauled the office organization. From 2016-2018, they worked as an Operations Manager at The Everest Equity Company, Inc., where they developed vendor relationships, coordinated office suppliers, and implemented new digital phone systems. Most recently, they have been a Senior System Analyst at Foundation Risk Partners since 2018, where they have grown from managing a single system to independently overseeing and delivering a three-person project. Currently, they are the Director of IT Services & Implementation at GPARENCY, a role they have held since 2022.

Sarah Sears attended Eastwick College in 2014, but did not receive a degree. In 2021, they obtained a certification as an Insurance Broker, Accident & Health from the NJ Department of Banking and Insurance.
