Mike Meeks

Mike Meeks is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in traffic engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Traffic Engineer at GPD Group since October 2023, Meeks previously worked as a Highway Engineer for St. Joseph County from November 2021 to October 2023 and as a Transportation Engineer with the Ohio Department of Transportation from September 2019 to November 2021. A significant tenure at Franklin County Engineer from August 1990 to November 2021 included leading traffic engineering activities, focusing on Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), connected vehicle technology (CVE), and highway safety. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Engineering for the City of South Bend and as a Construction Engineer for St. Joseph County. Mike Meeks holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
