H.E. Williams, PMP, is a seasoned Senior Executive with over 30 years of experience, specializing in unmanned and information warfare, and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategy at GPI-LLC. Williams has held various leadership roles, including the Director of Intelligence and Information Operations at U.S. Fleet Forces Command and Commanding Officer of the Navy and Marine Corps Intelligence Training Center. A skilled communicator fluent in Spanish, French, and Portuguese, Williams has operated in diverse global environments, including embassies and commands across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
