The Greek People Management Association (GPMA) is the leading professional body for Human Resources professionals in Greece.

Founded in 1978, GPMA brings together more than 1,400 HR leaders and executives from leading Greek and international organizations — representing some of the country’s most respected employer brands.

In a rapidly evolving world of work shaped by technology, new skills, and changing workforce expectations, one principle remains constant:
People come first.

GPMA promotes Human Resources Management as a strategic partner to organizations, supporting HR professionals through continuous learning, meaningful networking, exchange of best practices, and active engagement with the HR community in Greece and internationally.

Through strong collaborations with academic, institutional, and international bodies, as well as flagship initiatives, events, and knowledge-sharing platforms, GPMA acts as a catalyst for dialogue, innovation, and responsible leadership.

We connect people. We elevate the HR profession. We shape the future of work in Greece.
