GPS Group (GPS) is an investment and advisory firm built to help its client partners grow, scale and navigate pivotal moments in their business journey.

Founded by seasoned investors and operators with a track record of transformational growth, GPS was created to meet the demands of today’s complex, interconnected global economy.

Reimagining the traditional merchant banking model, GPS combines capital formation, private equity, and venture investing with hands-on strategic counsel and deep partnership networks. The firm is outcome-oriented and closely aligned with its clients— often co-investing to ensure shared success.

A key differentiator is GPS’s cross-border fluency and work on special situations. The firm supports founders, family offices, and corporations entering or expanding in the U.S., as well as U.S.-based clients growing internationally.

GPS is a trusted partner—bringing experience, conviction, and capital to help businesses reach their full potential.
