Global Pharmacy Wholesaler Group is an international pharmaceutical wholesaler headquartered in Germany, with additional operations in the Netherlands. We are one of the world's leading specialists in named-patient supply, focused on the global sourcing, distribution and placement of unlicensed, hard-to-find and shortage medicines.

With more than 60 years of experience, GPW Group combines product sourcing, compliant warehousing and global distribution under one roof, enabling flexible, transparent and regulatory-compliant access to essential therapies. We work closely with manufacturers, license holders, distributors, healthcare providers and pharmacies to manage regulatory, legal and logistical complexity across international markets.

Operating through GPW Germany, GPW International and Orly Pharma, we unite global reach with local precision. MyGPW, our digital platform, serves as a personalized entry point to the GPW portfolio for hospital pharmacies, retail pharmacies and international distributors, allowing them to search, bookmark and request information on the availability and pricing of essential and hard-to-find medicines.

Guided by a clear mission and purpose, we bridge global patient care gaps by improving patients' lives through reliable access to essential medicines.
