Olga Tish

Olga Tish has extensive experience in the finance sector. Olga began their career in 2000 working in the Treasury Department of the Government. In 2002, they moved to Banco del Caribe - Scotiabank Associated as a Cost Controlling Officer. In 2003, they worked in Accounting at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where they were responsible for financial reports, production of accounts, and reporting of Key Performance Indicators and Management Attention Points. In 2004, they moved to Tetra Pak as an Accounting Officer, where they were responsible for financial reports, production of accounts, and standardisation projects. In 2007, they joined eBay, where they were part of the Finance Leadership Development Programme, and was responsible for Marketing Controlling, Marketing Supporting Role, and Financial Planning and Analysis. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at PayPal as a Financial Planning & Analysis Officer, where they were the point of contact for financial reporting and forecasting in Europe. In 2015, they founded Your Acting CFO, and currently they are the Head of Finance at Gr4vy, Inc.

Olga Tish has a B.Sc. (Honours) in Economics from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello and has completed a course in Driving Corporate Performance at Harvard Business School.
