Anna Soliar is an experienced IT lawyer currently serving as the Head of Corporate and Regulatory at GR8 Tech. They previously held positions as Senior Legal Counsel at EvoPlay, where they advised on M&A transactions and provided legal support to international group companies, and before that, as an Associate at Asters. Anna has also worked as a Contract Lawyer at Integrites and interned at the Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine, gaining foundational legal experience. They hold a Master's degree in Law from the National Academy of Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, with ongoing studies in International Taxation at IBFD.
