Daria Tolochko

Daria Tolochko is an experienced professional in compensation and benefits leadership, currently serving as C&B Team Lead at GR8 Tech since January 2023. Prior to this role, Tolochko held the same position at Parimatch Tech from November 2019 to December 2022 and served as Partner for Employee Experience at Miratech from February 2018 to June 2019. Daria's earlier experience includes leading the HR department at British Auto Club and working as a Recruitment and Training Specialist at LEROY MERLIN Ukraine, where responsibilities included optimizing headcount, recruitment, training, and internal communications. Daria holds a Master's degree in Administrative Management from Kyiv Slavic University, obtained between 2007 and 2012.
