Podpalov Ivan

Podpalov Ivan is a legal professional with extensive experience in competition law, corporate law, merger and acquisition, and contract law. Currently serving as the Head of Legal at GR8 Tech since October 2023, Podpalov previously held positions including Deputy Head of Legal at GBS by Energame, Senior Lawyer at Parimatch Ukraine, and Lead Lawyer at UMG INVESTMENTS. Podpalov began a legal career as an Associate and Attorney Assistant at various law firms, including Volkov Koziakov and Partners and Sergii Koziakov & Partners. Podpalov holds a Magister degree in International Law from Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University and has furthered legal education at the Hague Academy of International Law.
